I check in at least once a day. There are many forums I know longer or rarely visit. I lost track of how many I was signed up for.

I'm banned at POOFA, and perhaps another site (can't remember); but there's a couple dozen I've dropped off of for various reasons.  

I used to also go to Lost Zombies but that site died.
Soon I'll be retiring and moving out of Pa. Sector 6 will have one less protector. Moving to Missouri in a couple months.
