I don't know if it matters much, but 5 years ago I inherited 20 acres of beach front property in Golden Valley Arizona, (Once California falls off into the ocean and becomes the next Atlantis) 5 of which make up the main housing area.
** Attached is a 2016 Google Maps image.
My grandfather spent a ton of money on this place; he cleared up most of the property then buried three of those shipping containers after converting them into a one piece shelter/house.
Its completely retrofitted and modernized inside and completely gated. Its quite awesome.
However the last time I was there about a year ago the solar panels that generate the electricity had been stolen and there still is no well dug nearby so water will have to be brought in from somewhere else.
So I don't know how much of a good place this is, any opinions?
