Actually I recommend the LDS manual to anyone that's interested in prepping. It gives a great break down of different foods and how to properly store them for 30+ years. Also explains different types of wheat/grains and beans how used properly can provide your body with full proteins. I'm not a nutritionist so I found most of this info new and fairly interesting. There's a weekly shopping guide to buying a years supply of food/water. Its full of other useful stuff as well.
You can purchase the most recent edition from here that will have more stuff in the book.
