I know I'll never forget it. I'm fortunate enough to have been hired by them. I'll be spending my summer there as a Ranger.
All the rangers that worked there when I went looked like they really liked the job. Makes me wish I had gone there as a counselor instead of ASR.

Ahh, that's because it is Philmont. That's the Tooth of Time behind me. We were across the valley from it...day 3 of 12, I believe. We made it out on to Tooth that night. Somewhere I have a picture of me on Baldy Mt. Hmm....

Philmont, Good old Cimarron, New Mexico. That brings back memory's.
The Tooth of Time, I still have a Map of the area, some were around here, & the B/W Photo of our Crew from back in the 90's. I remember the first day, Waking up in Base Camp right before sun rise. The view of the Sun rising. OMG!!!! Then turning around and seeing Girl Scout.
Ya! My thoughts, What was their itinerary.
That was some Nice County.
I think we were on the list for about 3-3 1/2 years to get in. I luck out, I was the only one in the new crew coming up the ranks to make the Age and go with the old crew that had been with the Troop for years.

Maybe it is best not too many see them
When I get more I will try again - AND I can not believe I do not have any of me shooting. Have son etc but none of me.

because you're trying to link to a photo you attached on another forum..I wasn't able to see them at first last night, then I was and now I can't again....just save them from pafoa and attach them here. =)
