This version?

There is also a 4 wheel version as opposed to the 6 wheels. I prefer the 4 wheels because I spent ALOT of time in them. They seem to be a bit quicker and seem to be better off road then those giant hulking 6 wheel versions.

It's funny. During my second deployment we always used to say how good an MRAP would be in case of a zombie apocalypse. I think an up-armored MTVR (7 ton) would be good too...as long as the back and top were modified with armor to.

WOOT...I did it! I posted an image! LoL

Still would use my personal rig as I know it's current state and have owned it since new. I just added some lighting for z-day use and well driving down those back roads getting to hunting spots. 135 watts each. The stock clutch burnt up after 10k miles of use after some performance mods so I dropped the 6 speed and threw in a nice mean clutch for the power and heavy towing.

I'm thinking of adding a 100 gallon transfer tank to the bed to get me around a 1000 mile driving range. Also thinking that a bed cap would be useful. I need to paint it soon and I might also add some purpose built out rigging for attaching equipment/gear.

I'm also thinking of converting a enclosed trailer over to a toy hauler to get my motorcycles into fun locations. I'm thinking it would double nicely as a bug out camp...

I like it. I'm planning on picking one up in a couple years when my current hits 100k. The transfer tank is a good idea. A Window Guard/headache bar for the back window, lockable tool box, mounting points on the headaceh bar for water/fuel cans. Cargo net to cover the bed. Warn skidplates all around, heavy front/rear bumper, roof gear rack (yes they make them), double capacity fuel tank and skid plate, and some interior storage solutions.

My issue with lift kits, is they don't do much for your overall clearance unless you go BIG, and that that point...the juice ain't worth the squeeze.

If the EMP doesn't wipe me out, here's my War Wagon! Blush

I'm working on restoring an old Dodge Ramcharger. If it EVER gets done, I'll post some pics! Undecided

New to the site (first post in fact). This forum caught my eye, as both topics are right up my alley in a major way...

I not only would make this choice, but already did:

Still needs a few additions, but I'm liking it. Smile

If money were no object, this looks like it would have serious potential:

Wasn't that the "Away Team" vehicle in Star Trek: Nemesis? Tongue

Saw this parked outside Quaker Steak & Lube in the South Hills the other day. It would seem to have 'potential'... Cool
