Former Pittsburgh Police Chief Scott Schubert accepts job with FBI

PITTSBURGH — Scott Shubert, the former police chief for Pittsburgh, is coming out of retirement to work with the FBI.
Schubert informed his command staff today that he would be working at the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services headquarters in Clarksburg, West Virginia.

Schubert will serve as the section chief for the Global Law Enforcement Support section.
Schubert served as Pittsburgh’s Chief of Police for 29 years and announced his retirement from the position in May.
Target 11 has reached out to Shubert for comment and is waiting to hear back.
