Given the oblivious/sheeple mentality of most, I would not DOUBT, that MANY a person in such circumstances, would be throwing golf clubs and their flat screen in a VW, and then drive aimlessly - at top speed - in a random direction.

Multiply this by 1 million, and you'll have Pittsburgh.  Multiply it by 5 million, and you'll have Philadelphia.
