Don't hold your breath on prices dropping any further. My AR build prices are back where they were before the scare as are the Factory guns that I've got in.
Ammo is showing up on the shelves again. I've seen .223 at about $0.38 a round. 9mm is still slim but it will start showing up again.

I was just at the Carlisle Gun Show last weekend. Not bad for a small show, but prices were still quite high. I did see a nice Tavor and the new Sig 516 "pistol" with arm strap.
